E-books

Here you will find a series of e-books (many are free downloads) which provide programs or insights that coaches and athletes may find useful. Topics so far include a series of gym circuits, the bilateral and unilateral resistance training program and commentary from my PhD studies, and a book of tips for post-graduate students.

online PROGRAMS

Using the Bridge Athletic app, a range of resistance programs are available for athletes. Programs include junior development programs, strength, hypertrophy and rugby specific.


Gym Program Templates

Programs are best when specifically tailored. However, not every athlete has access to a dedicated S&C coach. Sometimes, coaches and athletes benefit from learning from other programs formats and ideas, crafting new variations. Here you will find a range of broad program templates that I have used as a base format to tinker to my athletes needs.

S&C Coach templates

Whilst modern technology platforms exist for programming and planning, these may not be available to everyone and there are times when a good old fashioned Excel template works perfectly. Here you will find links to common templates such as annual periodisation plans, weekly plans and tournament schedules, plus weight training design forms and blank program sheets.
